So I decided to get it out after seeing all of the rave reviews. It certainly didn't disappoint. It worked perfectly right out of the box! It cuts in both directions so I don't have to keep turning it or holding it in a certain position in order get the cut that I want when I'm using it on my head and my face. It cuts close enough to where it's "baby butt" smooth but not too deep to where it causes ingrown hairs. I'm so pleased with this razor that I've been giving to others as gifts.

I have to be rather careful when trimming my neck to avoid razor burn. I've been using this razor 3-4 days a week for about 3 months now and haven't had to recharge it since the initial charging.
