Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Instructions are horrific, bunch of drawings with no explanations of what pieces are used for what, packaging in inferior - have the rip it up to get some of the pieces out. After some experimentation using the "precision trimming comb" at the lowest setting is ideal for me. Bit more than a 5 o'clock shadow effect but much closer than typical trimmers. And not TOO close as you'd get from a full on Braun/Norelco razor. (sensitive skin) That said it still leaves patches right below the nose in particular and doesn't do great on my neck. So, overall, meh - but probably the best choice if you don't want a super close shave but also don't want 1-2 day growth appearance.

Great shaver, but..

Makes for a smooth face. Not so great on the neck in my opinion. I don't know why it doesn't come with a stand/base that's pictured on the products box. Overall great product that I hope will last.

The battery lasts long enough. Versatile trimming comb with 14 length-settings is a great feature. No need to use any other combs while trimming

I have broken 2 in my travels. The support website also needs work. The model number I bought was not listed on the site. OTHER THAN THAT, it's pretty handy.
