The Philips Norelco OneBlade Pro is one of the best tools you can have for home and travel. This trimmer has been the ultimate solution for my shaving needs. Battery life is great. I was able to shave and remove body hair carefully without feeling the need to rush. After I was done, I still had 80% battery life. Charging was quick (roughly an hour from no battery), but what was very impressive was the ability for the product to hold a charge from being unused. The shaving experience was a breeze. The blades (along with the guards) were smooth against my skin and helped me greatly in styling my look to what the wife likes. My favorite feature of the OneBlade Pro is the adjustable comb lengths. In the past, I've often worried about cutting too much hair or the length being too long. Average trimmers only accommodate for a few length levels, but the trimmer is very versatile in this department. With the OneBlade Pro, I was able to carry convenience in a bag that allowed me to achieve at least a semi-professional look.

Kludgy Beard Trimmer and Shaver

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.
I selected this new and improved face/body/beard shaver technology to replace my aging rechargeable shaver and rechargeable beard trimmer. Thought it would be an excellent upgrade replacing two of my existing shaving devices, but I was sadly mistaken.
First, I attempted to trim my goatee because it was a tad unruly and required its monthly trim. Using the adjustable comb attachment, I tried a few high settings that didn’t seem to do anything. So I would then drop to lower settings until I saw cutting results. The primary problem is this trimmer does not have a consistent symmetrical cut as I am accustomed to versus my current beard trimmer. After repeated trial and error, the front of my goatee was finally acceptable. But it was my chin area that was uneven and very erratic with some bare looking skin showing through. (See picture.) I never encountered that before with any other beard trimmers I have used in the past.
Second, using this as a face shaver was unnatural to me, and it was somewhat hard to control to obtain the desired basic face-shave results. Yeah, it worked as a shaver, but I couldn’t get past it felt like more of a small toy shaver versus a full sized rechargeable face shaving device.
Third, for the total cost of this higher end device, plus the replacement heads that are very pricy, this is not a shaver I would recommend to others. Maybe as the occasional compact travel shaver, then I can see some value. But it is not a shaver I feel comfortable using daily. Norelco even advertises replacement blades lasting 4-months, but using them only twice a week. Therefore I interpreted this as it is not designed for daily use.
I will mention I did not use this as a body shaver or using the body combs, so there may be value in those areas. And I did not attempt to do any manscaping either. Therefore there may be additional value if that is your intended occasional use. Read other reviews for those shaving options and their results.
Now I will admit the numeric LED battery life percentage (%) display is very impressive. Having over an hour and a half of charge time is truly a plus. Oh yeah, the ability to lock the razor off is a desired feature when traveling. Plus the multi-setting comb attachment appears well designed (although it preformed poorly in my hands). Powering / recharging the razor can be by way of the included stand, or directly to the razor – nice! But I would have preferred to see a USB-A and/or USB-C type cable used to be able to replace the cable if/when damaged versus purchasing another complete power adapter.
This PRO shaver includes two different OneBlades. Out of the box, the installed head on the razor is their original hybrid system stationary blade. Plus as an accessory is a second 360 pivoting head. Appears to me this is a marketing repackaging of last year’s Norelco OneBlade PRO razor where they included a second newer designed 360 head, threw in a few extra body combs and re-branded as new and improved. I get it; repackage, new attachments, add features, and sell more. Not knocking this tried-and-true marketing concept, but rather just pointing out this is basically the same core razor as last year with a second 360 head.
Bottom line: On paper this razor appears to fulfill a multitude of shaving options capable of replacing a few different shaving products. That concept has merit if executed correctly and flawlessly. But in reality, for my use, this falls under the adage “Jack of all Trades, Master of None”. I generously will give this a 3 rating only because I can not give 2.5 rating.

Pros:
Shaves very well
Very easy to use without guards
Battery life is excellent
Cons:
It's very messy by nature since there is nothing to control the hair flying around
The guards are just as useless as most trimmers in this price range

Absolutely amazing product! The Philips Norelco OneBlade Pro 360 has exceeded my expectations. It’s versatile and incredibly easy to use. I use it for both my face and body, and it handles everything with ease. The chrome finish looks sleek and modern, and the battery life is fantastic – I only need to charge it occasionally, even with regular use. The trimmer is gentle on my skin, yet powerful enough to get a close shave every time. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a reliable, all-in-one grooming tool. Worth every penny!

I've used another product with a mediocre outlook on the segment altogether. That is until I tried this; the OneBlade Pro, face and body is a game changer for me.
When I first removed the razer from the box, I was impressed with all the accessories it came with, but I had no idea what did what. I glanced over the instruction and it didn't show me what each part was, but it did write what each part did and how they should be used. I had to look at the box itself to identify what each part was based on appearance.
When I slapped it on the charger it was completely dead, but to my delight, it went from 0% to 10% in like 5 minutes. I was able to shave my face, switch to the blade, trim my armpits, and had 8% remaining battery. I threw it back on the charger and it went from 8% to 90% in roughly 45 minutes. It's quick for sure.
After it hit 100% I decided to continue the body shave and see what it can do. I removed most of my chest and body hairs dry and it barely used any battery. I think this is a battery champion. I used shaving cream and showered to see how it'd handle and this was a little more work for me and my hair type. It seemed to perform bettery dry. I used the body guard on more sensitve areas and I didn't receive a single nick or cut. Wonderful!
I showed this to my wife and she liked so much that she's considering buying one, but she's a little disappointed that Philips only has one color scheme for the device. She understands it's designed with men in mind, but the results speak for themselves. This is a great product and I no longer need my anything else. It truly will replace all my razers, though it's not really a "OneBlade" system, it does recommend seperating face and body blades which should be obvious for most people.
All in all, very happy and highly recommended.

Best Electric Trimmer/Shaver EVER
|

I have had probably at least a dozen electric shavers and trimmers over the years and I have to say that this OneBlade system from Philips Norelco is absolutely incredible. I was initially skeptical because it seems the SOP in this realm is to promise a lot and deliver sometimes. I’ve had a few good systems and I’ve had some that I’ve used only a handful of times before realizing they’re just not cut out for it.
The OneBlade system is the bonafide real deal. The blades are exceptional and allow me to get a nearly straight blade level shave where needed and then precise trimming in other areas. I love the trimmer attachment that has several different settings that allow for extremely precise length trimming. I can really dial (literally) in the perfect length and done. The blades have zero issues with even thick facial hair.
I also really enjoy having a charging dock that allows me to store and charge it at the same time. No more going for a trimmer only to find out it’s dead and needs to be charged. the OneBlade has a built in screen that tells you exactly how much battery you have. Moreover, it charges quickly (I estimated about 35 minutes from 0% to 100% charged and claims 120 minutes of run time on a full charge.
I absolutely recommend this system to anyone who routinely shaves or trims their hair as it is BY FAR the best shaver/trimmer I’ve ever owned.

Great shaver, Each replacement blade lasts me a few months, I no longer get cuts on my face from shaving fast with a traditional razor. I’ve owned it for about a year now and this is my go to method to shave my beard. Long battery life and charges quick! Definitely recommend!

I absolutely love this trimmer! It cuts very smoothly without pulling hair, and the multiple attachments make it super versatile for beard, hairline, and even small details. The battery lasts a long time on a single charge, and it is easy to clean after use. It feels solid and well-made, but still lightweight in the hand. I’ve tried several trimmers before, but this one is definitely my favorite. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable grooming tool!

Norelco has developed a unique hair cutting applia

This Norelco OneBlade trimmer cuts closer than a standard trimmer is capable of cutting, and this results in a shave that is almost as close as a razor blade.
This Norelco OneBlade is a unique concept which is better in some ways, and worse in some ways, compared to a quality trimmer, which has the more common trimmer blade. The OneBlade cutting heads have cutting teeth which are noticeably finer than the teeth on standard trimmer blades, and though it cuts hair closer, it also has a bit more difficulty in trimming a large amount of thick hair quickly. It is kind of necessary to cut through a thick beard a bit slower than standard trimmers can cut.
I would say that this Norelco OneBlade trimmer is more effective at cutting thinner body hair, such as arm, chest, and leg hair, which is not as thick as facial hair.
The OneBlade cutting heads, are actually constructed of three very thin pieces of stainless steel, which are sandwiched together and glued with a green epoxy around the edges, this results in cutting heads which seem safer than traditional trimmer blades, since there is not the easily observable sharp moving blades, which can seem a bit dangerous. The green epoxy used to hold the blade mechanism together, makes the edges of the metal blades a lot softer.
Overall, I would rate this Norelco OneBlade Pro trimmer at 4 out of 5 stars.

While this was a step up from the regular OneBlade, I was still not blown away by its performance. Nonetheless it does possess a decent amount of pros.
PROS
Super powerful and long lasting battery
Charging stand
travel pouch included
Waterproof (I use razors in the shower mostly)
4 shave lengths
CONS
Same less effective blades
Maybe is it the reason I purchased this item ---- I only purchased for shaving my legs, underarms, and bikini. Maybe it just works better for facial shaving. I do not use any of the attachments of course for this purpose, but my husband did use them and said the same thing I did. He also mentioned how it doesn't work as well on the curved parts of his neck and face and he had to use his traditional razor for those areas. If your preference is for a blade that is sharp to the touch, this may not be for you. This doesn't feel like a standard razor and if that's your preference, this should be just fine; however considering the much higher price tag, I would say check and make sure this particular blade style works for you.

Precision, Comfort, and Convenience

A quiet, powerful, and skin-friendly hybrid trimmer that delivers where it counts. Excellent for both facial and body grooming. Just wish it had more attachments to make it a complete all-in-one grooming kit, and that finish and material was higher quality.
⸻
Why I Bought It
I picked up the OneBlade Pro 360 primarily for facial grooming—specifically to maintain a clean-shaven beard and mustache every couple of weeks. I also use it on body hair, and yes—it handles the “southern regions” surprisingly well. The idea of a hybrid trimmer with precision and versatility appealed to me, and it’s been a solid choice.
Setup & Ease of Use
Out of the box, setup was quick and intuitive. Switching guards and blades is effortless, and the trimmer itself is extremely quiet—noticeably more so than previous models I’ve owned. The 360 pivot head does make a difference, especially around the jawline and neck.
I’ve used it both dry and wet. My routine is to knock off most of the bulk dry (so I can shake off the hair cleanly), then go back over the same areas wet for a closer finish. The dual-use design really adds to the practicality.
Battery Life & Charging
Battery life is stellar—I’ve owned it for a few months, used it about half a dozen times, and only charged it once. The digital battery readout seems accurate, and although it comes with a stand, I just plug it directly and store it in the included pouch when not in use. Zero hassle.
Maintenance & Cleaning
Cleaning is super easy. Just rinse under the tap and the hair comes right off. That said, I’m probably more obsessive than most—I use a Waterpik for high-pressure cleaning between trims, but that’s purely optional. The blade can be rinsed or removed for deeper cleaning. I haven’t had to replace it yet, but it’s nice knowing replacements are easy to find.
Design & Build Quality
The device feels solid and comfortable in hand, though at this price point I’d love to see some metal components. The finish looks good out of the box but has faded slightly with use. The LED screen is crisp, and the design is compact enough for travel. It stands upright even outside the charging base, which is a subtle but appreciated touch.
Skin Comfort & Results
This trimmer leaves my skin feeling smooth with zero irritation. I’ve never experienced any tugging, pulling, or nicks—even around sensitive areas like underarms or below the belt. Of course, your mileage may vary depending on skin type, but for me, it’s been consistently gentle.
Travel & Convenience
The included pouch is slim and ideal for travel. I’ve already taken it on the road once, and it handled the job just fine. That said, I still carry a separate nose hair trimmer, as this device doesn’t cover that. It would be great to see more attachments in the future to make this a full grooming solution.
Final Thoughts
Coming from an older OneBlade model, this is a clear upgrade in every way—especially in battery life, blade control, and comfort. While a few improvements could be made in the finish and accessories, none of them are deal-breakers. I’d absolutely buy it again and recommend it to friends.

Great all in one shaver! So great, that I replaced my old foil and my clippers! I’ve got coarse facial hair and it runs through it like butter! The adjustable guard is fantastic! All in one unit that has micro adjust Kent’s that give me the exact length I want for my face! The body guard works great! No worries of accidental nicks so far.

I bought this for my nephew, who has several physical disabilities. He is unable to use a regular razor, so I knew phillips was the way to go.
From an accessibility standpoint, this razor is every Occupational Therapists' dream! The larger base is perfect for those who don't have good grip strength, the upright standing position prevents the user from having to go through drawers, and the included guards ensure a clean shave without any cuts. The batter life is great, it's not too loud (another accessibility perk for those with noise sensitivity), and it's easy to clean.
Phillips, thank you for making your products accessible!

After returning 2 electric shavers priced at 2-3 times this one I was not optimistic about this one but needed to try something. Fortunately this one works great. It can shave my beard whether it is a one day growth or a week long growth. The easily adjustable settings allow for a close shave or a stubble effect of various lengths. It trims well around any growth I want to keep. It works as a trimmer and shaver. It shaves close enough to look like a close shave, just not as close as a hand razor will produce.
It cleans so easily without any special cleaners or special containers or process. Just run under water. It is quiet and not uncomfortable to use close to your ears. Although it looked awkward to use in the photos it turns out to be ergonomically comfortable and easy to use. Great that it displays the level of battery charge. Battery holds charge for week or longer.

This shaver does exactly what it’s supposed to do. While it doesn’t cut quite as close as a straight razor, the fact that I can shave in about half the time without using shaving cream makes this worth every penny. It’s just ok for beard trimming but that’s not what I bought it for. The battery life is excellent.

Like any hairier individual, I never had a good experience with an electric razors. That was, of course, until I met this thing. A friend of mine had this on a roadtrip and I had the chance to use it for the first time. It the closest thing to a real razor I’ve ever found and is better than a normal razor in several areas, particularly, for lining up a beard, trimming a beard evenly, and the overall cost savings of the blades. Also important is it can cut your beard down to the skin, making me renounce my normal razor altogether. The blades are a bit expensive but last far longer than normal razor blades. For reference, I line up my beard about once every 2-3 days, trim it every 4 or 5 (on level 5, so stubble), and given that usage a 3 pack will last me about a year to a year and a half. If you shave before you shower the blades will last longer (so I’ve found, anecdotally). I loved this so much I got it for my brother for his bday. Will most likely buy it for my dad as well.
