Excellent razor. Well made,comfortable to use. All the quality you’d expect.

This is my third Norelco razor in the past 9 years and it is the best so far! I get the closest shave ever and it is made better than the other two I had. Of course, I cannot speak to the durability nor battery life (other than to say I am going on 3 weeks of daily shaves on the first charge) as I have not had it very long. This was well worth the expense, by the way. At least for me.

This is my 7th Philips shaver purchase and I absolutely love it. Philips gets better and better with each new high-end shaver that they release, This shaver provides the closet shave by far that the previous shavers, as one would expect. Nice design. Nice features. Nice battery life. Oh and the Qi charger is a plus. Not only will it charge your shaver, it will also charge other Qi rechargeable devices.

Great Shaver, out of the box feels like top quality and is does not disappoint! Dry or wet, provides a great shave, Only shortfall in my opinion is there is no stand, just the wireless charging platform, which is nice, but takes up a lot of room and certainly not something you want on the bathroom counter. 30 plus days now and very happy with the product.

I have found this shaver to be overall excellent after a few months review. For my beard texture, I have found it provides a closer shave than the competing comparable Braun model, which I also have, particularly on my neck/upper lip. The battery, for me, lasts about a week. The head is easy to remove and clean. It is pricy but worth the money I believe.

I'm thrilled to be shaving daily again thanks to my new shaver. After my years of disappointing results w/ the Panasonic ES-LV97-K (now in the garbage), I was skeptical about trying another electric shaver again. However, this new one exceeded my expectations. It shaves in half the time and leaves no stubble behind, making my morning routine much more efficient. I'm so glad I made the switch!

Absolutely amazing. Wet or dry doesn’t matter, I get a perfect close shave every time.

So far, shaves have been excellent. It pays to actually read the instructions for this shaver in order to get a great shave. They say "move in circles" and they mean move in circles. Cleaning is simple with hot water. Battery good for more than a week. I can grow a decent full beard, so whiskers would be considered medium density.

Its not a cheap electric shaver, but I have to say, I get just as close of a shave as when I'm use my Gillette ProGlide Shield razor and shaving cream. I'm definitely liking this shaver a lot. Its built really well, it comes with a great case, its easy to clean, and the variable speeds and wireless charging are excellent features. If this lasts for years to come, it will be worth the cost.

I have kept a short beard for most of my 20s and early 30s because shaving bothered my skin so much. I would always get razor bumps and ingrown hairs on my neck, plus I would always cut myself, no matter how careful I was. I really wanted to be clean shaven again and read that high end electric was the way to go. I gave this razor a try and man, what a difference. It is close shaving and so smooth, it glides over my skin. I use Afta Shave pre electric, I tried William's Lectric Shave but Afta Shave works much better. Anyway, no more bumps, no irritation, no ingrown hairs, and no cuts. If you have had trouble in the past with sensitive skin and tried ever razor blade known, pick up one of these bad boys. It is expensive but why not treat yourself? Best Buy offers 6 month interest free financing, it doesn't sting nearly as bad and once you get used to this razor, you will never look back. It is a top quality piece, made in the Netherlands, NOT China. It also comes with a nice travel case. I wish it came with a stand or even a wash stand. The heads are also finicky to clean but in my opinion, it is worth it to have clear, irritation free, closely shaved skin.

Bit of a luxury item, but is noticeably better than the norelco costing a third as much. Just not three times better! Improvements: Qi charging (neat), larger heads (more comfortable). My old unit was on its way out, so I can't say whether it shaves more closely than a new cheaper unit or not. But the shave is infinitely better than my old unit.

Works well and is quiet. I like using it with shave cream. Cuts about the same as my Braun, and the cost is similar. The charger is handy.

I live with a low model shaver . When it was time for an upgrade I chose this top of the line model . Shaves better and more easily than my previous model . So Easy to charge . And has many shaves per charge . And I mean many .

Amazing, hands down best shave with electric razor. Tried other top rated brands and so far this thing is the best. Been using everyday for 6 weeks or so now and zero complaints. Use it with shave cream close as a old fashioned razor no skin irritation. Easy to clean and store.

I have used 2 Norelco products over the last 20 years. Lately, I had the Braun 7 series, which worked great, but the last replacement head was different than the original, but was listed as original, which took a while to get a close shave, and caused some irritation. ENTER the Norelco Prestige: (Expensive.) Works Perfect. Perfect. Perfect. Close shave, best in class, and it does it with almost no pressure. Neck hairs used to be a problem for my past Norelco, Not any more. This one seems so sharp, shaves very quick, no irritation. They recommend to replace blades every 2 years, which seems like a long time, but we will see!! Oh, lots of plastic, but feels strong and should not be a problem if not dropped too much.

Owned a 9000-series shaver for many years until someone dropped it on the tile floor. This S9000 is quieter and seems to vibrate less but basically works the same. I like the Qi wireless charging (the main reason I got it) but charging seems pretty slow (2 hours for full charge?) considering the high-power power adapter that's included (30W?). Do note that there is no charging port on the shaver itself so if you need to bring it somewhere you have to bring the charging pad as well. It should work with any generic charging pad, but the included one has a cutout for the shaver head so the shaver stays put in the correct position. The numeric power display is a little more useful than the old 3-bar display that prior models have. The replacement shaver heads for this model also seem to be slightly more expensive than for other models. It does not have a cleaning base but I've found that they all stop working after 2-3 years so I wasn't looking for that.
