I had a previous, similar Norelco shaver for about 7 years and it started to get glitchy and not turn on when pressing the button (but giving it a little whack would turn it on). When this came up on a lighting-type deal, at a great price (about the same as buying new blades), I snatched it up. Overall, it works about as good as my old one. For the price, I hope I can get 7 years out of this one.

This shaver does an excellent job. It gives a close shave and the battery long.

I got this to find an easier and faster way to shave my head. It does a really good job for the price point and had literally SHAVED my time in half. Only reason I doc a star is because it doesn’t get as close as a regular razor but for the speed it does it, it can’t be beat. Make sure to use light shaving cream or oil if you are a fan. Would not recommend trying to do this with hair that is longer than a centimeter unless if you like your hair getting pulled

Razor works wonderful wet or dry but it does not come with a case even though it is pictured with one.

I've been using Norelco shavers of this type for years and found them very satisfactory. I did get one of the "copycat" products a few years back and that was distinctly poorer in shaving quality. I got this one at a good sale price. The only negative is that the photo they are using shows what appears to be a small "travel case" -- mostly black or dark grey. There isn't anything of this sort included with the package I got.

Cheaper than replacing dull old shaver blades! Great value...always end up buying new shaver on sale INSTEAD OF replacing blades with 4 year old same model...

Gives a good shave but not as close as a razor blade. The trimmer works well.
