Well, I got it on "Deal of the day", so no complaints. My sensitive skin need to adapt. The trimmer is Ok. The wet shave capability is PLUS. Charge speed and battery life is good. Even though picture of the product shows a pouch, it's not included.

Works okay. no as good as a razor, but for quick shaves, it's fine. Fits hand well, charge lasts appropriate amount of time.

Got this during a black friday sale for $35 to replace a foil shaver. Neck skin seems to get pinched when shaving that area but otherwise gets the job done. I like that i can change out the blades when needed.

It's a great shaver. Battery life is wonderful. However, I don't feel that it cuts as Clean as my old Norelco.

Not my first electric shaver, but yes, my first Norelco. Am very pleased with how efficient and gentle it is; couldn't nick myself with it if I tried. After two passes, it cuts as smooth and close as any of the other shavers I'd previously used. It was on sale too; thanks BB!

This is my first cordless shaver and i had my doubts. But after using, I'm glad i did. It shaves close and charges fast. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it could stand to be more powerful.

Been using the shaver for a few weeks now. Its good, with and without a sweaty face. Seemed like it took a couple of weeks for my face to get used to the new shaver. I've only had to charge it the initial time so far.

This razor was a gift for our grandson. He wanted one just like his grandpa’s (my husband). They both love their razors.

Shaves ok but could be better takes a while to get a close shave cleaning it is very easy the picture here shows a case with it there is no case with it.

Tried a brand that was double the price and it simply didn't work; had to cover area over and over. This razor worked immediately and on the first round of shaving. I was very pleased with it and Norelco was recommended by another as well. Trusted brand, effective shave. Thank you Best Buy!

Works great, the only downfall is that the package that comes with it is not included and it doesn't really work when "wet". I don't know if i got the right one or it just as is.
