    I purchased this for my dad. He said it did not work very well at all. We ended up returning it. He said it would not cut the hair.

    I have used this Norelco razor for over a month. Razor works well for me, gives me a good close shave. Battery life good, lasts at least 2 weeks without charging, shaving every other day. Wish it had a choice to use plugged in or battery. My other Norelco razors had these choices. The trimmer is terrible, does close to nothing. Not sure if my razor is defective or just it's bad engineering.

    Give it some time for your face to acclimate to this razor and it will start to give you a close shave
