It was alright, not close enough of a shave on the face but it was a solid product if your shaving a head.

I use this shaver every day and like it so much that I got two.

Great Philips shaver! Gets the job done. A bit misleading by including the bag in the photo, but the description does indicate it does not come with the product.

My grandson hates to shave until that is I gave him this shaver. He loves the smoothness of his skin after shaving.

This electric razor works great for my 20 year old son that doesn't grow a lot of facial hair. Not sure how it works for people that do.

Works as described but not as easy as my pre series 3000 razor.

I’ve used this now almost daily for 3 months. For about the first 3 weeks it would cut my skin, cause severe razor burn (especially around neck), but I waited it out knowing there’s a period to get used to a new shaver. After 3 months: It misses hairs frequently. I have to touch up with a Mach3 blade every couple of days. It still burns my skin if I don’t move it along quickly and don’t go over the same area more than once (which I would need to do because it misses hairs) I wish I could return it still, because I’m now looking for another shaver.

Inexpensive electric razor. It has been durable and it does the job.

Works great, but better when used wet vs. dry. Cleaning it after use is easy as well since it’s a wet/dry shaver.

Nice electric shaver but I have to give only 4 stars because the picture shows that it comes with the small zipper case. When you open the box, you won’t get the ZIPPER BAG…:(

Gets the job done fast and does it well. Easy to use and I look forward to traveling with this! Great addition to my man-scaping arsenal.

THIS IS A RELIABLE RAZOR JUST AS HAVE BEEN MY PREVIOUS ONES. IT IS BASIC AT A FAIR PRICE, I ALSO USED REWARDS DISCOUNT.

This is a very good razor to use wet or dry and even better when on sale. The only issue is the photo and description say a travel bag is included, but no bag was in the packaging. Should be a deal breaker for some. Maybe Best Buy should supply travel bags since the razor is advertised as having a bag.

Good buy that brings a good shave. Has some issues getting a close shave.

I have always used Norelco products…they work good for me. Very close shave. I love that it’s cordless. Very good for the price.

This is the third of this style I have purchased each newer model having more piviot directions. They work ok but all newer norelco shavers can't hold a candle to my much older model (which unfortunately won't hold a charge anymore).

OK but disappointed. I've used Norelco shavers for many years and have always been pleased until this time. First, the Best Buy add said it came with a charger. It does NOT. In fact, it requires you to provide your own charger (how stupid is that?) though you're buying a rechargeable razor and recharging has to be via USB (how stupid is that for a bathroom item?). PLUS, the even bigger negative is that it doesn't shave well.

Nice close shave. I like being able to wet shave with this razor and the easy cleaning by running it under the faucet.
