a bit boxy but, it will do the job. the Shaver could use a bit more flexibility to get it to work better. I used this shaver, and it is satisfying enough to make it work out well.

I have been using Norelco wet/dry electric shavers for over 30 years and will continue to use.

The perfect model for the three floating heads that I have missed with previous replacements. If you like the 3 head systems, you will like this model.

The shaver is decent but feel a bit weak compared to the old model. Not sure if it just this one or all of the same model

It's fine but I would recommend getting the updated 3500

I've been buying Norelco brand shavers for about 20 years and using them until either they break or the battery no longer charges. I thought that I would upgrade this time from their lower end models, but this one is no better than my 6 year old model which has a stronger motor and trims better. I thought it wasn't charging all the way, but that wasn't the case. There was a note from Philips in the carton not to return it to the place of purchase but to call them which I did. After a very brief wait, I was connected with someone who helped me. I gave him the model and SN on the shaver. After less than 10 minutes, he was able to get approval to send a newer version of the Series 3000 which came in two days. I also received a return label to ship the original one from Best Buy back. After charging it as described, this one behaved just like the one from Best Buy. I turned on both, and they sounded the same like they are on their last bit of charge. Neither cuts or trims well. I returned the first one but don't know what to do next. It's not clear to me if this is the new design. I may have to go back to Remington shavers...

As it states it gives me a close shave and for the price it is well worth it

Dint work as intended. It does remove the beard, but takes multiple attempts.May be the item not for me.

Is not that good take to long to shave and the power is to slow

My husband likes it. It is not the brand shaver he has used for years, but I got such a good buy that I decided to chance it. It is just fine.

easy to carry, small size, but the Best buy website indicates a bag but none in reality.
