To the point my face has been irritated every day I tried to use it. I guess some might look at that as a good shave, but I don't. I like to not have to put a cool towel on my face for 2 hours after shaving. Never had this problem with any of the better shavers I bought.

It simply doesn't shave close enough and thats comparing it to a series 1,000 shaver. It works. Just takes way too many passes to get a clean shave for a brand new out the box shaver.

My 6 year old razor works better

It must have someone to do with moving the manufacturing from the Netherlands to Indonesia

Could you make sure your shaver is fully charged for 1 hour and then try again. When you shave with your Philips Shaver, you will achieve optimal results if you make slow circular movements with the shaver over the face. Only apply a gentle pressure which makes your facial hair stand upright and makes it easier for the shaver blades to catch and cut them. If you have not shaved for a couple of days and have a heavy beard, it is a good idea to trim your beard before you start shaving. This technique also helps in reducing shaving time.
