Relative opens the gift and finds there is no charger for it. No way to return the product to Best Buy and can't get one for free from the manufacturer. Go to the manufacturer's website and found out the product is discontinued. Twenty years ago Philips used to be a product you can trust. My how the mighty have fallen.
