    I’ve been using disposable for years, I thought electric was going to be an easier experience. Tell me why this cut me up and left razor burns all over. I bought it well over a month ago and I’m outside of my return window, so I guess it belongs to the garbage now.

    Bought this for a friend, it wouldn’t cut his face hair. Give it to his youngest son, and it still wouldn’t cut his little bit of face hair.

    I have used similar Norelco razors for about ten years. This one is not very good. I was able to shave with it but not comfortably. I will be throwing this one away and buying a newer model. I definitely would not recommend this to any person I know. This is the kind of razor you would give to someone you don't like.

Pre-trim your long facial hair, if you have not shaved for a couple of days and/or have a heavy beard. 2. Be gentle. Only apply a gentle pressure on your skin, which makes your facial hair stand upright and makes it easier for the shaver blades to catch and cut them. 3. Move the shaver on your skin in circular movements to cut all hair growing in different direction. 4. Try both dry and wet shave, to see which one suits best your skin and hair type.     Misses a lot of spots on my head and doesn't cut consistently. Have to go over the same spots so many times I've actually gone back to using my non-powered razor. I thought maybe this would at least be faster than traditional having, but nope! Can't even do that!

    Looks great but not works great, it lacks speed and seems to slow to cutting/ shaving And is sad cause is a respectable brand, anyways not worth buying it.

    Disappointed in this Norelco Shaver

    Unfortunately this shaver simply didn't shave. Even after multiple passes the shaver only removed a few hairs from my face. It felt like cheap plastic and sounded like it too. I have used Norelco Shavers for years and this one doesn't live up to the name. My current shaver is the Norelco Aquatec, it's solidly built and feels heavier in your hand. I don't know the model number but I've had it about 5 years and it's been extremely reliable and still gets the job done although not as efficiently as when I first bought it. Looks like my best option is to buy new blades for the old model. I would not recommend the Philips Norelco Series 3000 shaver, it simply doesn't shave.

    Older ones weee better

    I’ve used Norelco’s for 40 years, all of my old had a closer shave than this one. You would think it improves but you have to go over the same area over and over again and press harder to get a fairly close shave. Disappointed.

    This shaver is horrible! It never has worked right since I received it I called about it to Best Buy and they told me I need to send it into the manufacturer this is what you do for sale products? You just lost a good customer

    It's not as close a shave as I thought. First ever of this type and I left it in a drawer. It works. Just not what I thought. I want shtuff that surprises me, this was underwhelming.

When you shave with your Philips Shaver, you will achieve optimal results if you make slow circular movements with the shaver over the face. And lastly, another reason why your shaver might not be working properly is that it is not assembled correctly.
