I have owned several brands throughout my lifetime and Norelco has always been my favorite. The floating heads and non-abrasive shave leaves my face smooth and feeling great after each shave. This razor is no exception. I think that Norelco has improved the flexibility with this model as it seems to float and contour better to my face than others in the past. The blades are comfortable, yet they get close enough to feel like a straight edge razor. I was apprehensive to try this with gel, but it worked as advertised. If you prefer a wet shave, this will work great for you. I don’t see the need for the gel or shaving cream, as this is already smooth and will not dry out your skin. There is extra cleanup needed if you use gel or shaving cream, but it rinses quickly and easily with warm water. This will charge enough after just five minutes to give you a quick shave and will charge completely in a very short period of time to give you close to an hour without running out of battery power. The pop up trimmer works great for sideburns and trimming my beard. This is another quality product from Norelco and I highly recommend it. I have a fairly delicate face and this doesn’t bother it in the least.

It doesn't do what it's supposed to do. Only removes small amounts of hair randomly. Uneven in other words. Regret spending money on this.

Quality has gone way down on Philips Norelco razors, not even close to a close clean shave. Definitely would NOT recommend. No case or cleaning brush included.

I waited for 12 shaves before writing this review. PROS: 1). Razor feels good in my hand. 2). Fast shipping. 3). Inexpensive price. 4). Light weight compared to other razors. 5). Close shave compared t other electric shavers. 6). Super easy and fast to clean. 7). Really is waterproof when used in the shower. 8). Received it with a small charge on it, changed it up for 3 hours and started using it the next morning, all told it gave me 12 full powered shaves on a single 3 hour charge before I felt it required charging again. CONS: 1). Doesn't come with a storage bag. 2). Doesn't come with a cleaning brush. 3). Doesn't light up in anyway to indicating charging and or when it is done charging. 4). Takes 3 times longer to shave with it as compared to using a non-electric regular 4 blade razor. 5). Absolutely doesn't shave as close as a regular non-electric razor. It did not pass the wife test. So I will be going back to using daily a regular non-electric razor; but this electric razor will go great in my desk drawer for quick touch ups before mid to late afternoon meetings. All in all, 8 Pros versus 5 Cons, I would definitely recommend this razor to friends & relatives.
