The best electric razor I ever had was a 2 head Norelco made in Holland. This razor is okay when using on wet face but dry shaving it really lags. The photo for this item is very misleading as there is NO carry bag or case. Another error for this product is it DOES have a popup trimmer. I don't know who is responsible for writing up the descriptions or adding the photos, but they apparently don't proof over before publishing on this website. Again, it's a so-so electric shaver but not so great. The first time I ran it under water to clean, the entire head assembly popped off. I was afraid it was broken but it snapped back into place. It took a very long time for the initial charging to complete, but it finally did. I rarely use this as I have gotten a better brand.

This is my second Norelco electric shaver that I have owned in the last 3 years and there is a considerable improvement from my old one. Let's start with the charging time. All you need is 1 hour of charging time for 60 minutes of shaving time. I easily get 3 good shaves out of 1 charge! The shaver also comes with a nice little charge indicator to let you know how much juice the shaver has left. The next thing you will notice is how easy it is to grip this Norelco. The stem is wrapped with a nice anti-slip rubber that makes handling much easier. Once you are ready to start shaving, I really like how I have the option of either having a dry or wet shave. If I am needing a quick clean up, then I go dry, but if I want a closer shave, I always use shaving foam. I have really sensitive skin, so I really appreciate the pivot and flex heads on this Philips Norelco. Not only do they provide a clean shave, but it doesn't irritate my face. I really like how well it shaves my face and neck, but the only reason why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because doesn't do that good of a job right underneath my jaw line. Another plus of this Norelco, is how easy it is to clean it. All you have to do is flip open the shaver head and rinse with water. On the back side of the shaver you will find the pop up trimmer, which is usefull, but it takes a while to get used to using on your sideburns, as I found it a little awkward to handle on my face. Overall, I would recommend this Philips Norelco shaver because it does a good job of getting you a clean shave without irritating your skin, especially in this price range.

Perfect little shaver. Nice and quick shave when you need it

I have owned several brands throughout my lifetime and Norelco has always been my favorite. The floating heads and non-abrasive shave leaves my face smooth and feeling great after each shave. This razor is no exception. I think that Norelco has improved the flexibility with this model as it seems to float and contour better to my face than others in the past. The blades are comfortable, yet they get close enough to feel like a straight edge razor. I was apprehensive to try this with gel, but it worked as advertised. If you prefer a wet shave, this will work great for you. I don’t see the need for the gel or shaving cream, as this is already smooth and will not dry out your skin. There is extra cleanup needed if you use gel or shaving cream, but it rinses quickly and easily with warm water. This will charge enough after just five minutes to give you a quick shave and will charge completely in a very short period of time to give you close to an hour without running out of battery power. The pop up trimmer works great for sideburns and trimming my beard. This is another quality product from Norelco and I highly recommend it. I have a fairly delicate face and this doesn’t bother it in the least.
