    Motor turns very slow so it takes forever to shave. The sideburn trimmer is useless as it doesn't oscillate fast enough to cut anything. I returned it.

    Ok razor. Classes don’t sing as fast as i would like so it’s not super smooth shave but i use it in a gym bag to help clean up after a workout

    The side blade to line up doesnt cut. Looks like maybe the blade was too low and doesnt go past the guard so wont cut hair.

    The Philips Shaver 3000 arrived quickly and packaged nicely to prevent damage. The electric wet/dry rechargeable electric shaver worked flawlessly once charged giving me a good shave without any creams, gels or lotions. It was quite easy to clean after shaving. The Philips shqaver gave me a clean close shave quietly, with no burns or nicks and was light in the hand making it easy to use. It has three rotating heads, a pop-up sideburn trimmer, can be used wirelessly in the shower, has a battery-level indicator and holds 50+ minutes of shaving once fully charged. A quick 5-minute charge will give you a shave in an emergency if the battery is dead. Replacement heads are available at many retailers and on-line.

We're not sure for how long you've been using the shaver exactly, but it would be good to keep in mind that your skin needs to adapt to it. It's recommended to allow yourself an adjustment period of two to three weeks with your new device.

      If you have longer facial hair, we'd recommend to pre-trim it before shaving. While shaving, it is also important to be gentle, especially if you have a sensitive skin. Do not press the shaver too hard against your skin and please move the shaver on your skin in circular movements to cut all hair growing in different directions.

      It's possible that your shaver is not giving good results because it's dirty. There can be hair or dirt particles stuck inside it, causing the shaving heads to not function correctly. To fix this problem, please properly clean your shaver. If possible, remove the shaving heads and clean your shaver from the inside as well. When you shave with your Philips Shaver, you will achieve optimal results if you make slow circular movements with the shaver over the face. While shaving, it is important to be gentle, especially if you have sensitive skin prone to irritation. Do not press the shaver too hard against your skin. Only apply a gentle pressure which makes your facial hair stand upright and makes it easier for the shaver blades to catch and cut them. And lastly, another reason why your shaver might not be working properly is that it is not assembled correctly.
