The only reason I gave the product 4 stars in lieu of 5 is A. There is a turbo mode which requires the user to turn it on then select an additional switch to activate it, rather than a single switch. B The product comes with a separate attachment for shaving the sideburns, which has to be added to and then removed to continue using the shaver. I find this cheap and inconvenient to the user.
