Great value at this price point. I would recommend this razor. It hold a charge well is easy to clean. We’ve had this for more than a year and it is still going strong.

The Phillips Norelco Shaver 7100 is a nifty, nicely featured alternative to your everyday razer. Going back and forth thinking about trying one, I took the jump. With the nice features and savings of not having to buy blades ever so often, the 7100 is now my go to for my shaving needs. The shaver comes with the Norelco 7100 shaver, a blade guard, a small hair cleaning tool for cleaning hair off of the shaver, and a charger. Additional accessories are available like a charging and cleaning station as well as a travel pouch from Phillips. After finally deciding to shave my beard and mustache, I used the 7100 to see how smooth of a shave it would leave. Touting thier SenseIQ, Smart Hair, and ComfortGlide technology, Phillips claims to achieve better shaves with less irritation. With less irritation and redness, it accomplished what my previous razer would, a clean, smooth shave. The movement allowed on the shaver was nice as well and I was able to easily shave in areas like my chin and upper neck. The biggest reasons why I would choose to use this shaver is because of it's features; a decent pop up side trimmer for longer hair, mustaches and side burns, its patented ComfortGlide rings that help irritation (did help some for me), its IPX7 waterproof rating (can be used inside the shower), and its cutting blades that last longer than one blade would. There is also a nice app that gives tips for shaving based on the way you shave and keeps track for how long and how often you shave. One down side to the shaver was that it only lasts for one hour. It didn't nor doesn't take long to shave but having to remember to charge it after just one hour of use. Coming from a regular razer to the shaver it did take some getting use to. Overall I would recommend the Phillips Norelco Shaver 7100 for those looking to combine a small trimmer with their shaver and save on blades purchased.

I don't shave every day because my facial hair doesn't grow very fast. So all this time I've used a razor to shave and that happens every few days or so. When I got this norelco, I was curious to see how it would do in the shower. Well, it works great but I feel it doesn't give me the closeness that a razor does and it does take just a bit longer to cover all the areas for a close shave. Where this item really works for me, is when I need a quick "clean-up" before i head out of the house. This has made it so much easier and quicker. The razor itself gives a nice close shave without any irritation, not as close as a razor but that is to be expected. The one added benefit for me was every morning a quick run with this shaver made me have to use the razor a lot less. The form design fits in the my hands really nice. Not once did it slip even when my hands where wet. I'm really impressed with this unit. Oh, and the battery last quite a while. I used it every day for a week and lost 1 bar.

This version is a good fit for my purposes. I use a manual razor supplemented with this for times when I am in a hurry, or daily shaving around my mouth and nose area. I give it particularly high marks for maintenance and battery life. I normally only need to charge it once a month despite using it 4 or 5 days a week. Also, in over 18 months I have not replaced the heads and it still works well.

Provides a nice close shave. Has a few whistles and bells I don't really need - but good shaver for a good price. Despite shaving in a circular motion, I generally don't get the positive feedback with a green icon. But am happy with the overall results of each shave. Also, easy to clean. Glad I purchased.

I purchased this as a replacement for an older razor. Although I prefer a bladed razor, this electric is working quite well. It provides a quick, smooth shave and I'm using it more and more often. It's quieter than the older razor and it re-charges quickly, and a charge lasts through three or four uses. So far, quite pleased with it.

First this is the first electric shaverI have bought in many years. This unit gives a close shave, is easy to use and easy to clean. The battery Lasts for some time no need to charge everyday. I recommend this unit for the first time user of electric shaver or a seasoned pro.

I received this week on Monday June 6th. Plug it in and charged the battery. This is a great shaver and pop-up trimmer. It handles in the hands really well and the shaver is good really in providing a close to the skin shave.

I had been needing a new shaver to replace my 10yr old shaver and this one has been a decent replacement so far. I havent tried it in the shower yet just dry shaving which has been pretty good but I think shaving it wet would be even better. All around good shaver.
