    This does provide a good shave but was very awkward for me to use. The shaver head itself is extremely large. Each rotating head has a "wing" that sticks off to the side which is supposed to help it to contour to your face. I found these "wings" made it hard to get into smaller areas of my face compared to my older Norelco shaver. I ultimately ended up returning it to Norelco because of this. The good, it is a powerful shaver that did provide a good shave in the areas I could easily reach. I never used the smartphone app so I can't speak to how useful that is. It could be that this just did not fit my face so you may have better luck than me with it.

    My old Norelco shaver was getting old (20 years plus), and I had hoped a new shaver would be easier to use and keep clean. It is easier to use, cuts much closer to the skin, and is much easier to keep clean. Maybe I will buy another one twenty years from now!

    Excellent shave quality and easy operation. Didn't think I would like the app and guided shave, but it actually taught me how to shave more effectively. I've been using it for three weeks and still have ample battery left from the initial charge.

    A relatively quick, good shave for an electric razor leaving my cheeks with the feel of fine sandpaper. Not bad for the price, and a handy hair clipper! It holds it's charged very well which keeps it at the ready.

    The shaver work as intended it shaves close to the skin and battery life is good. I don't like the round shape of the knives in order to get the hair you have to do circles in the face, so I replaced it wit a different shape of blades that works better for me.

    I am old, but this is the best Norelco shaver I have ever bought. Shaves pretty close, easy to clean. The shaving heads feel different, but they work great. Highly recommended by me.

    I have really bad razor burn not matter if I use a razor or an electric. I've been using a Braun ProSeries 3 Skin, designed specifically to keep from giving you razor burn. I still would get razor burn. This razor was equal to a new Braun ProSeries 3 Skin and two replacement heads. I've gone through 4 easy. I should've bought this way sooner. 100% clean shave, in less time, with less irritation (almost none) and zero razor bumps. I'm kinda irritated I didn't start with this razor, instead I've been suffering for 3+ years trying to be cheap
