Purchased this new shaver as my previous Norelco was getting pretty old and couldn't find quality replacement heads anymore. Was waiting for a father's day promotion which never appeared but did find it on a one day Best Buy reduction. This provides a very good shave. Didn't realize how much my old shaver was lacking until started using the new one. Much closer shave. The app and blue tooth connection are pretty much a gimmick and of little value. I was able to connect via bluetooth when using the razer for the first time but have since lost the connection and am unable to reconnect. Pretty useless anyway.

Works very well and probably one of the best shavers at less than $150..the bluetooth connectivity with app and shave updates are nice add-ons for those who are tech-savvy!

Excellent product. I've used electric shavers before, often with spotty results. However, this did a really nice job right out of the box. easy to clean. I recommend.

The best electric shaver for the money. I have went away from electric years ago for a blade because I couldn’t ever get a close shave. I went out on a limb and bought this one a couple weeks ago. I’m glad I did. Only draw back is no charging cradle. It uses a standard charging plug.

Been using Norelco products for 45 years. This one is strange. I bought this razor to replace a nearly 15 year old Norelco 8250XL. The new razor shaves much better than my prior version but has design flaws that didnt exist in the older product. I thought my 8250 was a top of the line product back then. It shaved and had a battery indicator. Hey, what more does one need? This new item has bluetooth and an app! Who needs that stuff. It's a razor not an iPhone. I havent even bothered to pair the razor with the app as I find that to be a complete waste of time. So here's the biggest issue with this redesign. Those blue "wings" that surround the shaver heads are complete disaster. Have no idea why Norelco designed them. They make trying to shave certain areas impossible. Try to shave the area underneath your nose it's like having bumpers that will not let you get close. The instructions suggest using the beard trimmer to get that area! Are they crazy? That is sensitive skin. I tried it once and will never do that again. So I have to push hard on my nose and maneuver the razor in strange ways to get it into that area. Those blue things also make it impossible to judge how close you are to your sideburns. Why Norelco decided to do this is beyond comprehension. They need to redesign this product and just go back to 3 floating heads and nothing else. Also missing is a stand and a cap to cover the heads. Both items that I had with my old 8250XL. So that ridiculous shaver cleaner bucket is now functioning as a razor stand. Flimsy, but it's what I'm using. Had no desire to spend $350 on a razor so I bought this $109 item. I will keep it, but probably will not hold onto it for 15 years like the prior item. It works, but the design could be better. One more thing. The razor grabs your beard around the chin line. Be careful as it can be a little painful.

It does the job but I never use that smart function on the shaver. The shaver itself definitely does a good job with cleaning up. However I’m not use to the speed of the shaver. I felt like the speed was too slow and would occasionally pull the hairs.

Have had this for over a month and love it. Still on the initial charge. Gives me a good shave. First time in many years that I have stopped razor blade shaving!!!

I am very pleased with this. The only way i can get a closer shave than this provides is to shave with a razor against the grain. The build quality and quality of cut is excellent. The cleaning system works well.

Really great shaver. It connects to your phone, and guides you on how you are shaving. It'll even give you pointers. I'm bald, and use this for my head. Very nice, close shave.

Didn't work as well as previous Philips Norelco shavers so i returned ti and bought something else. Very disappointed.

Large head so covers more surface area. it has a very long battery life I can go without charging for a month plus
