I needed an electric shaver to tame my coarse and fast growing facial hair with my busy schedule. I looked into reviews, forums, and articles for some guidance on what is the best out there. Decided to go with the rotary shaver style and not the highest end but middle of the road model. This shaver is awesome! Have shaved with it after a couple days growth no problem. It did struggle after a weeks worth of growth (roughly 1/4"). I'm not one to expect the same results as a trimmer or shavette from a product that isn't a trimmer or shavette so I can't knock it too hard for that. If you are looking for a nice, consistent, not breaking the bank but still quailty shaver, this will leave you satisfied.

Excellent shaver and easy to clean. Best to use every day or every other day to remain clean shaven. One of the best I have used over the years.

Quick charge and last a long time I used it 9 times and did not charge it I use it for my face and my bald head also it gets a 10!!! For cleaning worth every penny!!!! Also it's a App you can download

This shaves almost a close as a blade. Smooth operation, and holds a charge for a lot of uses.

To set the record straight, the vast majority of folks, need to realize that the electric razor will do 99% of all the heavy lifting to shave your beard. I use a regular razor to nick off the final few hairs for a baby smooth shave. I don't any shaving cream and do all of my shaving with a dry face. WIth all this said, this electric razor achieved a near complete shave. I was so used to a 90%-95% shave. I had the vast majority of my face and chin silky smooth.

I bought this for my father and he loves it. It is easy to use and the product works well leaving no hair on his skin.

Pretty easy great for first time shavers, for my son. Gets them used to shaving With no nics. The shape wasn't as close like a regular razor but I don't think that's possible for an electric anyway. Is overall easy handling good weight.

I am still within the 21 day trial period, but it is very close to being over. This is the first rotary shaver I have used. I really like that it does not irritate my skin as much as the Braun it replaced. However, the shave is not nearly as close, especially on my neck. Perhaps those two things are related. Overall I would say I am generally pleased. When I need a really close shave, I can cleanup the areas that are not close enough with a disposable razor. Not having shaver irritation is a plus overall.

I bought this for myself to replace my old one. Perfect, but it gets 4 stars only because I cannot find charging base in this model. In the box, I could see the charging base, but this specific model does not have one. It is quite inconvenient to plug in the cord directly, instead of placing it on othe charging base, like electrical brush. I looked up Philips home page to buy one because other model comes with this charging base, but I cannot find it in their home page. Function-wise it is perfect shaver, but missing charging base makes 4-star.

Works great. I bought it for my son and he loves it. When i purchased it i knew it had the cleaning container but it also came with the cleaner. Vwry easy to use.
