First this is an epilators which is basically a tweezers on steroids and will be little painful and not pain free. Similar to eyebrow threading, this removes hair as short as 0.5mm. This epilator have a row of mechanical tweezers mounted on a plastic, rotating head. As the head spins, the powerful tweezers open and close, in a rapid cycle that grips, pulls, extracts, and discards hairs. Has 2 settings for speed. Suggest to start with lowest speed when trying first. High speed is powerful and so try with caution until you get used to. The epilation head is removable and can be washed. Comes with cleaning brush, cap,power cord and manual. The power cord is long enough and eliminates worries about charging or changing battery as this is corded and powerful. Overall, recommend this product for long term hair removal compared to shaver where you may need it every week and this device can delay the process and get you a smooth silky skin.

I'm pleased with my purchase. It's VERY noisy, but easy to use and reasonably priced. It's plug-in, and the cord is a decent length so I can sit while using it - no need to contort or raise my leg to the bathroom counter!

practical, easy to take on trips and not as painful as they used to be. It leaves your skin smooth and lasts longer than a razor. Be aware that if you used razors before it's going to be a little more painful to use at first

When reading reviews I thought this epilator would hurt but I’ve used it a couple of times and personally it hurts less than tweezing. It’s simple, fast and efficient to use. Also, I don’t know if it’s from the epilator usage but I’ve noticed I don’t grow as much hair in my armpits anymore. I’m enjoying this product.

If you are on the market for an epilator, waste no time is looking for other brands! Growing up in Europe I always used a Phillips Satinelle epilator which lasted forever! When I found it first on Amazon, I was thrilled. I taught my daughter to use it, instead of shave, which is so bad and just makes your hair grow back even thicker, and this was her second Philips epilator, which I bought for her to take to college! Her old one is still going strong after years hard use but I decided it was time for a new one. Your legs will be silky smooth for weeks. Just buy it!

This is my first time buying and using an epilator. It works well, I am still getting used to it. It's really easy to use and the beginner attachment helps.

The first time is uncomfortable but the pain is worth the gain. I am mtf transgender and body hair had to go. After the 4th week of using this on legs, arms, underarms, bikini line and further south, it's more like using an electric razor.

Good product, but I think it will take some practice to learn how to get optimum results. It's quieter than the Emjoi that I owned previously. Comes with a small brush for easy cleaning.

This works decently. It is my 1st epilator. I use on my chin and neck once or twice a month. I tried but it is too painful to use on my upper lip.
