I use id day and night and really helps get the back of your teeth on the bottom front row where most build up occurs great for keeping it clean still floss!

Basic affordable Sonicare

There only are two power/strength settings and a pressure sensor feature that indicates if you’re using too much pressure, but I have yet to see that actually work or go on (maybe my applied pressure is just right!). Note that there is only a usb type power cord and not a regular AC power adapter for a normal outlet; however, you can still charge this with other Sonicare AC chargers.

Works perfectly...better than Oral B. Cleans my teeth better than my dentist. Would certainly recommend this product.
