I was very excited to purchase my guest Sonicare electric toothbrush. This toothbrush worked very well for one year. It then started getting loud when I would use, and eventually was just loud without the bristles working. I used my travel Sonicare for 6 weeks until I reached out to BBuy support for help. It was covered by the BBuy warranty

This toothbrush was perfect for the year and 4 months that I had it but around the 1 yr 4 month mark it started acting funny and would randomly stop and pitter instead of a consistent vibration. Now at 1 yr 5months it's just barely working and am tossing it out. For a nearly $200 you would expect it to be able to last much longer especially under pristine conditions but that's just the way of common goods now. Unless it's on a really good sale it's not worth it. Save yourself the trouble and buy a toothbrush that does basically the same thing in the $60-$80 price range. The only thing your paying extra for is the admittingly good aesthetics and that's it. They even cheaped out on the charging stand; it used to look a lot better on the earlier models comparing it to the one my friend has. Even if the toothbrush didn't break I would still say that I had wished I just bought a cheaper one. In normal circumstances I would have given it a 3 out of 5 simply because the cost is insane but because it died way sooner that it should have that costed it another star. Don't make the mistake I did. Go with a more affordable Phillips Vibrating Toothbrush if you want to stick in the Phillips brand.

I bought this product on deal of the day for half off. Great quality. I upgraded from the basic philips toothbrush. You can tell the fifference in under a week.

Bought for boyfriend that was using a manual toothbrush and it startled him with the speed and power. After adjusting the settings, he grew to love it

I already own a Sonicare & saw this version on sale…I was not disappointed by the price nor the performance. Manual toothbrushes are a thing of the past.

This is the second Philips Sonicare brush I have purchased. The first one lasted nearly a decade before the battery started to not last too long… hopefully this one will get me that much time. I just wish they made non plastic bristle replacements

Great electric brush. Multiple settings and a great clean. Travel case is a little snug but fits. Charger is great.
