Sonicare was okay for 1st year

This toothbrush worked very well for one year. It then started getting loud when I would use, and eventually was just loud without the bristles working. I used my travel Sonicare for 6 weeks until I reached out to BBuy support for help. It was covered by the BBuy warranty
