    Overall good. Downfalls are it should be able to allow different profiles for the app, not just one person. It doesn’t come with a UV cleaner. Customizing duration should be quick and easy from the brush.

    This toothbrush isn't actually terrible WHEN IT WORKS. I've had to brush my teeth manually several times because simply putting it on its charging station doesn't always work. What's worse than wanting to brush your teeth but toothbrush is dead??

    When i picked up the product, it was used and missing parts. I was told that I could pick up another unit 30 miles away. But that store bdidn't have it in stock. Now, a month later, I still haven't received my refund even after contacting support

    You’re better off buying a cheap electric toothbrush, this is way too overpriced for the value in my opinion

    I was using a 4 year old oral b electric toothbrush and this is very much a step up. To be honest, I had stopped using the actual oral b toothbrush heads to save money. This toothbrush is crazy nice. The charging base is usb or plug in. The base is kinda magnetic so it clicks into place. super small footprint for the base compared to my old oral b. the claim is 20x more plaque and 15x healthier gums using this. My teeth do feel cleaner so I feel at least that is true. My dentist has been complaining about plaque buildup so I will know next month if this has worked out better for me. But i think he will be happier. This has much less hand vibration from my oral b and is much quieter. this is easier to use. I can go several days and not charge my brush, so when I finally get to travel I am sure I can leave the charging base at home. You do not HAVE to use the app, it just reminds you where you need to brush better (longer, less manual scrubbing etc). Only a couple of complaints. this is a super expensive item. for the price of 1, you can get decent electric brushes for the whole family. replacement heads from BestBuy are $15 each every 3 months and you do have to use the A3 replacement head (you only get 1 in the box)

    The app can be a hit or miss when tracking areas you had cleaned. There are times it does not pick up the area even though you had spent 15+ in that section. Build of the producf is nice

    I am already on my THIRD unit! If you don't care about the app. You have cheaper options. The two units I had prior would stop sensing correctly where I am brushing. It would say I am moving too fast when I am not moving the brush at all. It would say I am not brushing where I am actually brushing. Factory reset didn't help. This would happen maybe within three weeks of using it. The only upside of this is that Philips have been great on just send me new units.

    Powerful tooth brush! Got it on sale and can definitely tell a difference in brushing between a normal brush and this electric one. Teeth feel so much cleaner!

    This is my 4th Philips Sonicare toothbrush; so, full disclosure--I’m already a big fan. After I started using Sonicare on a regular basis many years ago, my dental hygienist confirmed that my teeth & gums were in far better shape than when I was using a manual brush alone. I’ve had no cavities since, & my hygienist has very little work to do at cleaning time. This 9900 Prestige coupled with the Philips Sonicare App is extremely hi-tech! I thought the 6100 ProtectiveClean unit was amazing, but this 9900 blows it away. HIGHLIGHTS: - Beautiful packaging - Sleek smooth handle - Minimalist charging stand - Upscale travel charging case - Great color options include Champagne, Pink, & Midnight Blue. But I love the Black! - SenseIQ lets you know if you’re applying too much pressure (which is easy to do in the beginning). If you keep pressing too hard, it will automatically adjust for you. Wow! - 3 levels of brushing intensity: The recessed button on the handle makes it easy to change at any time. - Philips Sonicare App: Fantastic! Gives real-time feedback while brushing, including all aspects of your technique. Are you applying too much pressure? Are you “scrubbing”? Not brushing long enough? It also keeps a full brushing history, gives additional tips & lets you know when it’s time to change out the brush head. - Interchangeable Brush Heads: The 9900 comes with the A3 All-in-One brush head, but other brush heads are compatible. I actually prefer the C2 heads. - If you want to go low-tech, no problem. Just plug it in, charge it up, press the start button & skip downloading the App. This 9900 gets 5 stars across the board. I really don’t know how Philips will be able to top this one. I’d rather invest in prevention than spend on restoration, and Sonicare pays for itself in savings on dental work.

    Loved this thing when I first got it. But then the handle part started to get hot in my hand. Thought maybe it needed to die and then I could recharge and try again. Also tried not using it for a few days, But nothing helped. Don’t feel safe using this at all
