Having the app is also very useful because it allows you to see part of the teeth that needs attention for more cleaning.

Toothbrush itself is good, but too expensive

I mean this is good, cleans better, more elegant, small form factor, but almost doubled price, I don't see the price difference compared to my 9300.

That's it! Of course I contacted Philips customer care, which took a long time because their reps are now Ai, when I finally got through to a real person, almost an hour later and only after I jumped through a dozen hoops, they told me, categorically, that this $400+ toothbrush now has only a 12 month warranty and that they couldn't help. They did suggest I buy another one and I made a few suggestions to them. Will never buy another Philips product again because I spent close to a thousand dollars in less than 4 years and have two broken toothbrushes. Never again.
