I bought this champagne Philips electric toothbrush last year. Less than two months after I bought it, the indicator light kept flashing. When I asked the geek squad staff, they said this was normal. However, when I used it, it flashed for a long time ,For such an expensive thing, Is it normal for it to keep flashing like this? It usually keeps flashing , so I don’t know what it needs to be charged. The geek squad staff at the bestbuy store only said that this was a normal and did not help with repairs. But why electric toothbrushes are fully charged, the signal is still flashing when I start use it , Who can help me?

The thing is cool my teeth feel super clean After using it the only downfall I think is there’s no tongue scraper or anything like that for $300 you think it should come with stuff like that or no tongue brushing mode on the app because it says it’s an all in one brush

Bought this as a gift for my mother. She absolutely loves the toothbrush and her dental hygienist was astounded by the improvement in her oral hygiene in such a short period of time. Highly recommend.

Great toothbrush when it works properly.. About 8 months into using this toothbrush it became insanely loud when operating. The strength of vibrations has deteriorated as well. Philips customer service were not able to resolve the issue. $399 is a steep price to pay for a product that doesn't even last 1 year.

It’s a SCAM. It was delivered with the broken product package and completely different stuff inside then should be based on the instruction and image on the package

This is the best toothbrush I ever used! It really gets your teeth and gums clean. The software program that you download is very good and keeps track how good you do brushing your teeth

My wife and I both have had this toothbrush for two weeks now and we both love the brush. The technology is awesome and it has changed the way I brush my teeth.
