I have used Sonicare toothbrushes since the 1990s, before Phillips bought the company. The batteries have always been a disappointment, barely lasting a year in many cases. I have had probably 15 - 20 of these brushes and still have 4 of the most recent. The issues of the past brushes, switches and batteries, seem to have been fixed with this touch based brush. It works well and the touch features, to start and stop the brush (although it does stop on it's own when the brush time is complete), and to change the brush settings, work flawlessly. The only issue that still exists from their previous top of the line brushes, is the decorative metal ring that sits just below the brush head, comes lose and falls off. This has happened with several previous generations. I contacted support and they quickly sent a replacement - It was great service.

I did not know what i was missing all these years. After each brushing i geel like i just left the dentist. Got it for $299 and well worth it.

Wow works great! A little getting used to after using a normal toothbrush but definitely feels clean. The intensity is a little confusing to change but once you do it in the app it’s pretty easy. And the case is just so slick and cute!

I purchased this toothbrush as a present for my partner, because she loved all the features of the 9900 when I bought my own earlier this year. Philips does a wonderful job packing in a number of useful features, such as usage and pressure tracking. This is a far better product than the cheap subscription toothbrushes that are advertised online, which never seem to have your toothbrush heads in stock when its time to swap them. Spend the money and get this and youll never replace it.

Great high-end toothbrush, definitely notice a difference in cleanliness and teeth whiteness. Also, the app is a fun feature. Some difficulty syncing with phone on occasion, and some limited ability to time each side of each section of the teeth when brushing.
