We haven't used them yet since the brush heads we have are still good but they seem fine.

A little expensive, but a great product! There are color bands that fade away to tell you when to replace them.

I love the sleek black look. I was happy to find the value pack which should last a while. Bristles are soft but firm!

Item shipped but never arrived. Contacted the delivery driver through Roadie and they said they had a system wide malfunction and were unable to deliver packages and that my refund would be processed. It has been over a month and still no refund. I contacted best buy support and they send me a link of the return policy. I understand the policy. But they are clearly in violation of the policy since it is outside the time frame they initially gave me. Refund me my money please and thank you!

These replacements heads are great. I like that they have the blue line to let you know when it’s time to replace the head.
