Absolutely Terrible Quality, Do Not Fit Properly

They have always left my teeth feeling cleaner, and seem to be easier to brush with as their shape allows for more precise brushing. However, the four pack I received from Best Buy are absolutely terrible. I am unsure if they have a quality issue, but they do not seem to be the same DiamondClean that I am used to. The plastic is hard and cheap, and the fit to my Sonicare is terrible. So much so that the brush head actually stops oscillating several times at random throughout a single brushing, rendering them almost useless. For as expensive as the brush heads are, they should simply work. Definitely disappointed, and feel like I wasted time and money buying them.

Since you mentioned that the brush heads seemed quite different from those you're used to, we recommend contacting the retailer directly if you haven't done so already. It's possible that they sold inauthentic brush heads without being aware of it, so hopefully they will be able to arrange a refund.

These replacement heads are expensive and wear out too quickly (my opinion). But competition is minimal so we’re stuck with Sonicare replacement heads. I wish there was more competition as it would up Sonicare’s game. Due to lack of other choices, I reluctantly recommend.
