I don’t really use the Bluetooth part of it.. I like that the case was redesigned to have a usb A rather than the prior model with usb mini. I kinda wish they had just gone to a usb micro or usb C port rather than having a cable tucked away, but whatever.. just glad to not have to carry a usb mini cable around anymore! I do not like that this new model does not appear to be compatible with the previous model’s charging glass. No idea why that would change. I am not a huge fan of how sensitive the brush is at detecting pressure and dampening the brushing. Many times it’ll cut out on me for too much pressure and I’m not really pressing very hard. I would love to disable this altogether but have yet to figure out if it’s possible I really wanted to mark it 3 stars, but decided that it is still a sonicare and the brand/technology has done wonders for me avoiding cavities for several years now. So bottom line is that it’s the same great sonicare technology, but probably getting more fancy with features than they need to (or should).

Works great. I really like that on the normal cleaning it breaks it up into six 20 second segments. Really helps you know where to focus.

I got this for me for Christmas! Love it! This brush does a much better job than a normal tooth brush. I highly recommend it. Great system!

I have used a slightly lower model of this for the past year. This one is even better. I am very fond of the timer than gives a slight change in the buzz when it is time to move to a different section of the teeth to continue brushing. This newer model also has a tongue cleaning setting, which my older unit did not have. I have to admit I have not tried that function yet, but the intense teeth cleaning coupled with the phone app makes this a toothbrush that is a tremendous improvement over the "usual" manual toothbrush.

What's the most you have spent on a toothbrush? This one is $300 and comes with a bunch of heads that apparently have some sort of RFID in them. Toothbrush keeps track of how long you have used each of them and nags you to buy more when Philips is low on cash. Pro tip, you can use the non RFID heads and they work just fine. Also, the app is built to extract your personal info and tooth brushing behavior and sell it to the highest bidder. So dont get the app.

Every use feels like I just left the dentist. Even my dentist has commented on the results at my last visit!

My old Diamond Clean brush died after 3 years and I replaced it with this. Works great so far! Love that it comes with so many brush heads!

You are most likely paying a pretty penny for this brush but it’s well worth it and does a great job cleaning and maintaining oral health

I've used sonicare products for years now. My last toothbrush finally died after about 10 years. I went to the dentist and they told me my gums were in terrible shape, they used to bleed when I would brush. After a month of using the sonicare, the dentist told me my gums had improved immensely. Moving on from the last toothbrush, this is a major upgrade. I haven't downloaded the app yet, but I like everything about this. The case that also charges it is a great addition.
