One of them just stopped working (doesn't vibrate) and the other vibrates unevenly. I've owned their E-series for more than 10 years now and it still works well. Don't pay more for such a bad quality product.

The toothbrush doesn't always recognize the angle in which it is being held and sometimes will say that you have not brushed that section of teeth. The connectivity is spotty at best and would continue to cut out and ask me to resume when it had already recognized me brushing in the first place. It then wouldn't recognize certain brush heads and would insist I had brushed multiple times (it recommends how many brushes a head is good for) and it would double count it as a full brush even if it was only on for a few moments. I know this is an awesome company as I have owned their tooth brushes before, but the technology is not there yet. For $300+ dollars it is too expensive to have iffy moments with it. Hoping in a few years there is a better version and then I will try again.
