This is by far the best Sonicare toothbrush I have ever used. It looks great, feels good in hand and is much quieter than previous models. There are 2 options for charging using the same base. You can either place the included glass on top of it and set the toothbrush in it, or just use the charging base. The base is a nice copper color and the glass is real glass, not plastic. This brush comes with the charging base, rinse glass, 8 brush heads of different varieties, and a travel case that has a built in USB cord so you can charge the toothbrush in the case rather than having to bring a charging base with you. This shouldn't be an issue on most trips. I usually get around 2 weeks of use with a fully charged battery, but it's a really nice feature to have just in case. Each of the brush heads also have a microchip built in so the brush automatically knows what setting to use based on what brush head you put on. That's a nice feature because older models required you to push a button a few times to get the right setting each time you brushed. Other brushes I've used have annoying lights when they're charging, to the point where you almost don't want to charge it at night if you're anywhere near the bathroom because the lights pulse and light up the room. With this brush, the lights when charging are extremely subtle and don't produce a lot of light. This is on the higher end of prices for a power toothbrush, but you do get a lot included as described above. The reason I took one star off is because of the app. Out of the box, the toothbrush needed a firmware update, which requires the app. It took me probably 20 tries and 30+ minutes of messing with it to get it to actually upload to the brush. They want you to use the app every time you brush, but I don't really see that as being necessary. The brush works fine without out and I'll occasionally check for any updates, but otherwise, the app is buggy, slow, and crashes too often. The rating in the Google Play Store is 2.7, and that's probably about right. Overall, the brush is great and I'm glad Philips has made their brush heads smaller over the years so they get into more places. I'm still undecided on whether the sonicare gets your teeth cleaner than the ones that spin, but this brush does a great job and includes a lot of extras. I would recommend it to a friend.

I always buy the latest toothbrushes from phillips for years now, and when I bought this very expensive toothbrush I was hoping it would last me a few years.. but no.. 9 months later it started acting up.. they sent me a replacement handle (a refurbished one, meaning someone else's broken and fixed toothbrush handle) so I am disappointed because a few months later that one also stops holding charge and starts acting. I recommend you buy a much lesser price electric toothbrush. I am tired of calling them, finding the serial number and then getting a handle that also does not outlive the original one you bought.

Well, I never thought that I will spend $280 on a toothbrush. But as I have been using the base Sonicare model for a long time, I know the benefits that you get from this brand. Also, this particular bundle comes with 7 brush heads and 1 tongue paddle, that's around $100 worth of extra stuff right there. But still, it's a decent amount of money. So, if you are ready to spend that much money on a toothbrush, please read on :) This is the most stylish version of Sonicare line that I have owned. It comes with 7 brush heads, 1 travel case with built in charger (extra points right there), a stylish charging plate and a glass on top of it (this can handle all the brush heads if you want to use different ones on different days as they target different areas and intensity). The brush has a long battery life. I usually go around a week without charging it. So, what do I like about it? In my experience with Sonicare line, I have observed that my teeth are cleaner and gums healthier since I have started to use these products. This particular one has 3 different intensity modes (which the handle can automatically select based on the brush head that you are using). It provides you feedback (flashing lights at the bottom) if you apply too much pressure on the teeth or gums. It also has 4 or 5 different cleaning modes. As is the case with everything else now a days, there is an "app" for it too :) I don't find the app very useful as I already has been using Soincare line of products but the app has some nice feature like it can maintain your oral hygiene history, dentist appointments etc. It also provides you feedback if you are moving the brush too fast or if you missed some areas inside your mouth. Initially, I had few issues with connecting the brush handle with my phone but lately it has been smooth. I sync the handle with the app once a week (mostly on the weekends) and it uploads all my weekly data (how many time I brushed etc) to the app. Bottomline: As I said earlier, if you are looking for a best of the class electric toothbrush and are ready to spend good amount of money, you wont be disappointed with this.

Cleans my buthole pretty well after I drop the kids off at the pool if ya know what I mean. I don’t recommend using on teeth though. Too much vibrations.

This is very expensive and it made my gums sore the first few days. It’s very very powerful. Not sure I’m going to keep it.

I replaced a Sonicare tooth brush with this one. I was not sure this one would be worth the money but I can say it brushes much better than previous models. This is the Cadillac of toothburshes. It has everything. It syncs with an app and lets you know how you are brushing I was surprised at the feedback and it certainly refined my brushing. It has several modes from cleaning to whitening, to gum care, to tongue cleaning. Charging is say with the included glass or stand. The travel case has a usb connection to charge on the go. I really like that. If I could dock a half a star i would for the following reasons: Set up was not hard but the directions were not clear either. This item is pricey as well as the attachments. I give it five stars becasue of the included case, different brushes and tongue cleaner. Most others don't include them. Overall the brushing exceeded my expectations and this is a quality product.

Worked great for a week or so, then stopped pairing. Followed all the directions to fix. Called Customer Support. No replacement yet.

Functions fine Some of the accessories however are a little gimmicky, and the product features and capabilities do not justify the high end price. I belive the mid range Philips toothbrush will do as good a job...

I won’t ever purchase another toothbrush other than Phillips. I use to get cavities frequently but that all changed upon switching to Phillips several years ago. It’s worth the money!

Worked great for the first month, but as soon as I had to replace the brush head, the new one did not connect the way it should and the vibration of the toothbrush in mouth felt like an earthquake. I didn't pay $300 not to be able to simply replace the brush head when a new one is needed. Horrible development.

Smart toothbrush. Let's you know how to brush properly. Love the charging glass. Three speeds on the toothbrush for perfect comfort level.

Did not work as well as my Ora b which ❄ lost. Was in sale so I gae Ve it a try, took it back

Got it for my husband as a gift. Raves about it. His dentist is thrilled with the results.

I don't use the app personally, to much time consumption, but I've never had a better toothbrush. You feel like you just left the dentist after every use.

Got my wife the rose gold and she love it. It’s a bit pricey but it worth every penny. You can’t put a price on clean and fresh teeth.
