I’ve been using this toothbrush for a few weeks now. I’ve had oral B toothbrushes in the last but have heard such great reviews of the sonicare line that I wanted to give it a try. This toothbrush has so many options and specialties on it that I’ll probably never use. It does come with a bunch of bristle heads which is cool. All different styles. It is a good toothbrush but I now see that I prefer the oral B because of the mechanical motion of the bristles. I feel as tho I get a better clean with the round head. All that being said, I won’t be returning it. Still a great toothbrush and gets the job done.

It's expensive but It's much better than Oral-b I love it.

Great toothbrush gets the job done. Wish they made one head to do everything but still really good quality. Does not get in between teeth very good and be very careful if you have caps, it will loosen them.

It's nice but it's too expensive and unfortunately us consumers the planned obsolescence works exactly as phillips intended, mine died exactly 3 years and 2 months after it was purchased

Overall, the Philips Sonicare 9700 has made a significant improvement in the health and appearance of my teeth. It's a top-notch toothbrush that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a superior oral care solution.

The charging flass needs to be plugged in to work i bought this thinking it would be cool but no.but the good part is it includes a rinse cup and its glass

Great toothbrush at first but overtime the male adapter on the handle where the toothbrush head mounts on will start to loosen. The male adapter came out of the handle and got stuck in the toothbrush head. Philips warrantied my product with no problem just make sure you save your receipt and scan it to your computer. Overtime my second replacement had the same flaw as my first one. Once the warranty is done try another model or brand. This is a great set because it comes with everything you need out of the box. I can't go back to a manual toothbrush after trying an electric one. It gives a much better clean feeling. This would be a great toothbrush if it was not for that flaw.

This is a good toothbrush. But after a few years, it stops working.

My second one, the first lasted several years I bought a cheaper one, it olny lasted 2 months

Great product, makes a noticeable difference every day

I bought this from Kohls. They no longer sell it so im here writing this. Mine failed within the 2 year warranty window. Philips replaced it and now here we are about 2 years later and its broken again. The pressure sensor no longer works which means one of the most important features doesnt work. Disappointing for a $300 purchase. Now its $349 before tax. I will not be buying another philips product. No thanks

OK. The varying settings only vary the length of brushing time, so it's deceptive.

Its an expensive set and it works very well but will fail. My family has had three of them. Each failed for a different reason around 1.5 to 2 years after purchase and normal use. Warranty is only for one year with manufacturer. First brush the on/off button stopped working. Second brush stopped charging because the foil on the bottom of the brush peeled off over time and getting wet from normal use. Last one doesnt brush as hard despite setting to max power. Ill try a diffent brand before shelling out 250.

Worked well in the beginning, but stopped working 3 years after purchase. The product is out of warranty. I do not recommend spending this amount of money for a toothbrush for it to stop working so soon.

If you actually paid $300 for a toothbrush, I will pray for you. It's ok to feel some type of way with every review you read, because these people really think they did something here, I know the company did.

There are 7 heads in the advertising picture and in the description, these are confirmed with 2 x Premium White brush head; 2 x Premium gum care brush head; 3 x Premium plaque control brush head. However, when I opened my box, there are only 4 heads in it. Is it the advertising misleading or I don't get what I buy? Thanks!

Broke after three months, customer service experience was terrible! Extremely rude and uncomfortable

I being using sonicare toothbrushes for a long period of time, unfortunately I don’t have a good experience with this newer 9700 diamond elite smart toothbrush, it was replaced about eight months ago by sonicare warranty and again the head just got damaged starting to make a loud noise and doesn’t work properly, this was the same problem as the first one.

Wonderful battery to start but after two (2) years - the battery indicator is flashing orange/amber. Looks like a huge pain to replace.
