I had to replace my old one after about 6 years, this has some new features and has worked well so far

4 out of 5 stars because it's expensive for what you get. Especially since the the travel case does not double as a charger the same as previous model generations did.

Got this to replace 9000 series sonicare toothbrush, this has a very premium feel, the bluetooth option with the app is not useful but overall the toothbrush is very good

Great electric toothbrush. One charge holds a months worth of brushing. This is my second and the first lasted 8 years.

I'll be on my fourth soon. I bought one of these years ago, worked great, broke under warranty. Got a second via the warranty, it lasted a while longer (maybe longer than the first). Bought a new one and it just broke within the last week after a little over a year, so I should be able to warranty it. They're worth it to me, but also keep your purchase info because there's a really good chance you'll need it.

The Sonicare yhat I purchased in November 2024 is an excellent tool in maintaining strong, healthy teeth. My exam in December revealed no issues. I believe that with the daily care I follow with the Sonicare toothbrush, my teeth are cleaner, and there is no build-up of plaque. The automatic timer during brushing is a positive as this alerts me when to move to another area to clean. Excellent product!
