Brush heads were not the regular soft heads that I expected, they were ULTRA-soft heads when I received the package! The Best Buy page hadn't described it clearly when purchasing (add said "soft"). Now I can tell by looking at the bristle shape. No panic, I have my regular toothbrush as well. But since Best Buy has a great return policy, it was no big deal returning them in the store. The "replacement heads buyer pages" needs to be more specific, "ultra-soft" is why these heads were cheaper, (except for the generics) I believe.
