I changed my brushhead after a year. I can definitely tell the difference between my old one and this one. I don't know it is because of the fact that this is a good brushhead, or my old one was very old and worn out.
Everything is good except for the fact that the "interdental" label is marketing (in my opinion). This is no exchange for floss!

This brush head is really amazing. I've had my sonicare for years and still had problems reaching certain areas. My hygienist told me about these and I was admittedly skeptical at first. But the different lengthed bristles really work in a different way altogether than previous brush models. The backs of my bottom teeth have never been so clean.

This 2 pack was purchased as a Deal of the Day. The Intercare brush heads were recommended by my hygienist and I think they work much better than any other toothbrush/brush head that I have tried.
