Love this all-in-one brush. It’s big enough to cover the teeth surface and the brushes are not too stiff. I know I am getting my teeth throughly cleaned.

Great so far! I love how the bristles are soft (which is ideal) yet does a great job at preventing plaque buildup! Teeth were a bit sensitive when I first used it due to the increase in strength from my last toothbrush head (Sensitive S), but got better in no time. My only problem is that it's a bit pricey, but hopefully the cost will lower in the future.

Time will tell if these are truly worth the added cost, but if it covers all the teeth issues I figure it’s worth a shot. Initial impressions are good.

This is the first time I've ordered this type of brush, and I'm disappointed. After only a month of use, the brush softened and the bristles started sticking out.

I am a heavy coffee, tea and red wine drinker so I love the idea that I can minimize dental stains while keeping teeth plaque free and polished. Healthy gums are essential to keeping your dental bones. The premium brushes are win win. Replace by just snapping on.

The replacement heads perform just like expected - as good, if not better than the heads that came with the brush.
I used to be skeptical about what the Sonicare provided, but after having dental work done from issues that came up, I said "why not try it out?"
I haven't looked back since. I've been using the Sonicare toothbrush every day, it's made my checkups great, and I just feel that my teeth are cleaner overall. Along with the application that accompanies the device, it keeps your brushing on track and focused.
That being said, I will continue to buy replacement heads because I believe this product is fantastic.

Good but sometimes struggles to register or connect properly with the toothbrush. The app will not recognize it's a new brush head, or once in a while there is a dud which doesnt attach properly, resulting in too little pressure when brushing

Stiffer than my last ones, but feel it gets my teeth cleaner. Replace at least every 3 months, but sometimes 2-2 1/2 months if brushing longer and more than I probably should:).
Difficult to find replacements for the 9900 system

This review is really based on the system for which these brush heads were designed to operate: the Sonicare 9900. These brushes generate feedback to the 9900 handle about movement ( I.e. brushing action) and intensity ((I.e. pressure). The handle uses the feedback from the brushes to give you feedback on your technique so you can adjust or the handle will make adjustments to mitigate the negative effects of those behaviors when using a vibrating toothbrush. It is a remarkably unequalled and effective package in helping to clean your teeth of plaque and stains. I don’t think these brushes would provide that feedback with any Sonicare handle lower down on the hierarchy. The brushes appear hard to find elsewhere and Best Buy provided them in black within a couple of days! The 9900 system is expensive. These replacement brushes are in the range typical for Sonicare brushes. But the ease of availability through Best Buy is rare if not unique!
