    Best Buy shows this is a soft brush, but this is incorrect - I have ordered multiple times and always received medium. I am disappointed in it every time as soft bristles are superior. It's always not worth the headache of returning it, though. It's still decent quality, I just wish Best Buy wouldn't lie about it.

    Bought these for my wife as replacement toothbrush heads. I like that i can get these from best buy delivered to my house. Since she has to replace the brush head every 3 months I'm glad they come in a 4 pack so i only have to get them once a year

    I’ve had my Sonicare toothbrush for quite awhile so I have tried different replacement brush heads. I like these the best. They feel like they are doing a great job and if a use a manual toothbrush I don’t feel like my teeth are clean. My dentist also noticed the difference so that says a lot.

    Great brush head. This is my first time trying this new brush head and it is a little wider than the original brush head and feels slightly firmer which actually gives me a little more satisfaction a tooth coverage. They are also very comfortable to use

    Color of bristles will tell you when to replace the brush head, but I just replace them every 3 months. So, a 4 pack is great since I know it will last me for a year! Have had my Sonicare electric toothbrush for 2+ years and it works likes it's brand new!
