I used to save them up and buy big items. Now...I buy toothbrush heads. About Sonicare, awesome, and they are the best of their brushes.

I like this much better than W because it has bristles. Reason why I gave it a 4 and not 5 stars is because the head is a bit bigger for my mouth and sometimes is hard to get in the corners, but I have a small mouth.

New Heads for my Sonicare Boom

They elegantly slipped onto Sonicare with not a care in the world. I charged the brush right up and went to scrub my teeth. The brush heads cleaned my teeth so well I blinded myself when I smiled. Now I have to go see an eye doctor. My friends eventually all got blind as well. It is amazing what new brush heads can do for you.
