Not so great.

My first electric toothbrush, love it!

The replacement heads are about $8 and need to be changed every 3 months, so definitely factor that into your decision. This is a simple toothbrush with just a power switch, but the auto features are great and ensure you brush for 2 minutes. My mouth feels cleaner than with a manual so I'm sticking with this one until it fails.

Black finish is nice

Have used Sonicare brushes nearly 25 years and honestly can’t go through a day without it. Really like the black finish on this model. Seems to perform better but maybe the battery life on my old one was fading. Only complaint is this one didn’t come with travel case good thing I didn’t toss the old one.

Shake rattle and roll

They like it but be aware this is only a one speed so it took some getting use to according to my wife who is a first time user with an electric toothbrush. Both were satisfied with the purchase. Who knows, maybe I'll come back and buy one for myself!
