First time user and am reasonably satisfied with its operation and use. Takes a few uses to get familiar with how to use it most effectively. Will have to wait until my next dental appointment to evaluate whether its use has improved my dental health.

I used a Braun Oral-B Pulsonic that was discontinued & this one is the first I’ve found that comes close to performance.

This is the first rechargeable electric toothbrush I bought. For the price range of the 4100 series (Less than $50), this electric toothbrush is probably the best of value your money can buy without breaking your wallet. It works as it should. The build quality from Philips is solid. The brush intensity is high (by my standard), but other model actually have higher brush intensity (5100, 6100, 9300 series). Although it only have one mode of cleaning, I do not felt like it is lacking the need for other cleaning mode that higher model offers. It just a simple brush you turn on, it brush, pause every 30 second to signify you to change the area of cleaning, than stop after it complete it cycle at 2 minutes. I do cycle through the brush twice at night, so a total of 4 minutes brush for me. The item is still pretty new to me consider I bought it during Thanksgiving for a very great deal. I will try to follow up next year if I can. It seems like this electric toothbrush from Philips will least about 2+ years depends on how you take care of it. Philips offer a two years warranty for its products, so you do not have to worry in this part. All in all, for the price and value of this toothbrush, I would rate it as a great buy for improving your dental health. Yes, the replacement head come at a cost, but you can shop around for great replacement package that come with 4-5 brush heads and use it for the whole year! Hey, I am sure you spend more on other non-essential stuff that will not least for 2 years, or will consume itself after use, so why not rewards yourself with this entry level electric toothbrush? If you still skeptical about buying this product or have never try using an electric toothbrush before, then go buy the one time non-rechargeable electric toothbrush that come with AA-battery and try it for a months or two (if the battery least). You will see and feel the cleanest different compare to regular non-electric toothbrush. After you happy with the result, then move on to this rechargeable version! Enjoying my brushing sessions again. I like the bigger shaft on this model and the speed is just perfect for me. Speed is not adjustable.

Finally a toothbrush that actually cleans your teeth! I bought this to replace another make of sonic toothbrush and I had no idea what an inadequate job my other brush was doing until I tried this. My teeth actually LOOK clean as well as feel clean! You can feel this brush cleaning the gums as well, although it tickles a little bit. The buzzer lets you know when you can move from one quadrant to another so no over or under brushing. If you are looking for a superb sonic toothbrush you can't go wrong with this. No bells and whistles just a simple but powerful appliance!

Teeth feel really clean after use, much better than with conventional or battery toothbrushes. It’s really worth the money.

Takes a week to get used too the ultrasonic vibration when you aren't used to it. Then it's the best and you can't go without.

Very pleased. My previous Sonicare quit after 7 years. Although this was considerably less expensive, it seems to work just as well.

Easy to use and it lets you know when to move to a different part of your mouth when brushing. Soft bristles.

It's a bit intense at first but the results are worth it. I haven't had to charge it since the initial charge 2 weeks ago.

This was on sale and it was an amazing purchase. I’ve had this same toothbrush for about two years. I think it’s a wonderful product charges really fast. I’ve had no issues. I wish you could come with more other toothbrush heads but other than that, this is a really solid purchase.
