The only downside has been that I never was able to observe the 'brushing too hard' signal. Everything else works well, though, so I didn't bother calling in or returning it.

I didn’t like the splashing when I took it out if my mouth. Turn it off before removing! It felt harsh on my gums at first, but my gums have improved since I started using it regularly.
