    Item has worked as expected. Biggest complaint is that only 2 checkouts were staffed and customers were lined back through the store, including us. It took forever to get checked out and on our way.

    It was good until it wasn't. Broke at around 20 months of owning it where it will randomly slow down when using it and you need to change the angle you have it at for it to work. Luckily, I have the replacement plan so I'll be replacing it.

    Charge lasts about 10 days. When you have the appropriate toothbrush head the toothbrush will indicate when you need a replacement.

    My old Sonicare failed to hold a charge after 3 years, and I didn't want to buy 2 at Sam's. Best Buy had a great price on one, although it doesn't have the bells and whistles of some of the higher end models. I don't need my toothbrush to send data to my phone, and dentists will tell you that the additional settings do nothing for dental health. This is a fine toothbrush that will take care of your teeth if you use it correctly (and frequently).
