Great product. Cleans like a trip to the dentist. However I feel it has a 1-year lifespan before it starts to vibrate horribly and needs to be replaced. Still worth the cost though. Im now on my 4th unit.

Purchased this to replace my older (and more expensive) Sonicare that had started to vibrate ominously. I decided I didn't need all the extra features of the higher-end models, and this one seems to clean just as well as my old one, which didn't have a pressure sensor.

This is my third Sonicare toothbrush, and it works as expected. I don't think the quadpacer feature is as noticeable on this model as it was my prior models, but the unit does a great job. My only issue is that these units don't seem to last long for the money. While my dental cleanings are much easier since using the Sonicare, I seem to have to replace the entire toothbrush about every 2.5 years.

Nice toothbrush, real easy to charge, although the brush heads are a little expensive.

My first electric toothbrush. Seems to be working well but gets messy if I open my mouth slightly (which my friend said is normal). Enjoying the timing feature to remind me how long to brush. Hope my dentist notices a difference- she recommended the brand

I've been using this for more than 1 and half year now, I just replaced the brush heads so far. Its easy to use and good feel to hold it in hand. Charges quickly and for one charge it can easily be for two weeks. Easy to carry as well. its makes little more noise but i got used to it

I purchased this product to replace my old Sonicare, which had died after about 8 years of daily use. This toothbrush has been great so far-I have no complaints! It's powerful and leaves my teeth feeling really clean. It works great-even better than my old Sonicare!

My son has never used an electric toothbrush before to come from manual to this it was a bit much. Please note knock on wood my teenage son has healthy teeth & gums with NO cavities at all, and that has been maintained by brushing with a manual toothbrush and flossing with a water pik. Pros... Black color looked really “cool” In the sons bathroom. Very thin & Sleek device It comes with a nice travel case. Cons... To set the notification was a bit confusing. The notifications if you’re brushing hard I didn’t understand nor did I know if I set it right or not. The instructions say to hold for a few seconds than you hear a beep or two or 3. It was confusing but I can’t compare to any other. We will stick to our manual brushes and Waterpik floss. Son mentioned that his gums were hurting and bled. That’s when we decided to stop using them as I was scared since we came from manual maybe he was applying too much pressure and he being Tech savvy and all did not understand anything with these vibration notifications.

My dentist actually recommended I try this toothbrush and while I was skeptical at first I will never go back to a standard toothbrush again! Haven't had ANY issues with this. Comes with the charger and a travel case which has been super great to have.

I just recently ended my partnership with a 5-6 year old 9700 model (or the equivalent model for 5 years ago). I knew this time around I didn't want to spend $200 on a toothbrush. So far, I think the 5100 is basically the same thing for less than half the price. It might have 1-2 less "modes", but you'll most likely only use the normal mode anyways. Personally, I actually like the charger on this model better as well. It's more of a regular stand-style and is compact on the bathroom counter. Please, don't bother with the glass "cup" charger. For one, the glass get's extremely grimy (you aren't going to use it as a cup), it's bulky, and all the elegance of the glass gets removed when you factor in the ugly cord sticking out of the base.

I bought my toothbrush for Christmas and just fell in love with this brush so I had to go back and buy my husband one!!!!! If you charge I full day you will not have to charge again for a good 2-3 weeks the battery life is amazing !!!

Pressure sensor did not work correctly on original purchase, exchanged with manufacturer,vibration hurts my gums should of gotten the 6100 which I didn’t know existed until I bought this one. So far not sure if I would of spent that much money if given the choice again. Will see at next cleaning if it really was worth it

Bought this electric toothbrush after a friend's recommendation. I used it twice a day and the battery can last more than two weeks. It also came with a simple travel case when I purchased it, which comes in handy when I need to pack it for travelling.
