Where as my $9 tooth brush worked. All 3 settings feel the same. There was also a gap between the toothbrush head and the base I am not sure if there a cover missing to fill the gap. I used the Oral B brush before and I like how that feels like it's actually brushing your teeth and not damaging it.

2 Months into it and stopped working

There's a beep three or five times, and the battery indicator blinks orange. I kept it on the charger for more than 24 hours. Contacting Sonicare support.

I am using the gum care brush head and it cleans My teeth well without any gum sensitivity. A little pricy, but worth it!
