Sure, the Sonicare is a bit more expensive. But, there is none better. Your teeth feel clean. And, the battery lasts a long time between charges.

My Previous (lower-end/basic features) soniccare model died after about 4 years, it’s battery just stopped charging. Luckily, a week later I caught this higher model on-sale and it’s simply amazing. The features on this model in my opinion are close enough to the top of class without breaking the bank. Sensitivity adjustments are great and the battery life is vastly improved than my last Phillips. Definitely worth the $$$; try and catch it on sale !!

It holds its charge very well. Easy to hold. Doesn’t take up too much counter space. Easy to find replacement brushes.

Have had this toothbrush for about a month, and so far it works great. I have used SonicCare toothbrushes for many years, and this is my third. Simple design, holds a charge for a long time, comes with a nifty carrying case. I know Oral B is the other big brand, but I like the shape of these toothbrushes better.

I had a previous model sonicare before this that quit working. I bought this on the recommendation of another person that had very white teeth. I was amazed at how well this cleaned the plaque off of my teeth. It was very noticeable and I'm very happy with it. There is a lot of vibration and it might take some getting used to but well worth it. It's also has a smaller circumference than older models which makes it a lot easier to hold. Nice looking too.

Best toothbrush! My teeth feel so clean and I’ve used the oral b electric toothbrush before but never felt like it really cleaned my teeth until I decided to give the Philip sonicare a try and its definitely worth buying one! Only complain is the coating where the buttons are peels away. The coating peeled on the first day I used it but that wasn’t a big deal it was just annoying.

I have been using Sonicare toothbrushes for years. They are great, but not made as well as they used to be.

My wife and I did research on the various Sonicare models for over a year. It was hard to determine how far "up" we should go in terms of quality. We purchased two of the 6100 model brushes and it was a great decision. The color and battery life on this model are great. The whitening function visibly whitens and shines your teeth within a few days. We also love the nice carrying case. If you are looking for a great toothbrush that is well worth the money, seek no further.

Does the job, still new but it has 2- and 1/2-year protection from Philips. The price could be cheaper, but the quality is much better than the competition.
