    I need more help with this product. i had to take the batteries out to shut it down. it kept on running. no yes or no until i get a handle on this product

    Device works great, and have no recording issues. Sound is clear, cost is great. Recommend making sure you have a ssd card inserted and change in settings to use it. Device had issues getting sound off internal drive source.

    Pretty good for the money. But the volume for a conference call is weak. You'll need speakers or headphones - jacks provided.

    I have been very pleased with this recorder. Purchased it to record some important meetings and it has definitely proved itself to be dependable. You can hear the play back well which I was very concerned with. Pleased with how many files it can hold at one time also.
