Product gets a 0 Terrible product. Didn’t come with clear instructions Salesperson lacked correct knowledge I wasn’t able to use it for my meeting. Wasted my money and it was Very expensive

Needed a recorder for minutes for a monthly meeting. Information was available on computer for operating recorder. Worked out well at first time use taking notes. Meets all my needs.

It works just fine once you figure out how to operate the thing. This might not be an issue with a younger generation that has grown up in a digital world, but it was an issue with me. What is lacking in the box is a brochure that goes a good way farther than the Quick Start Up guide. I finally found an extensive operating guide on the internet, but it took me too long to get to it.

Again, as with the speech software, extremely hard to understand! As a matter of fact, our office administrator told me to do something with this where I know it won’t fit! NOT user friendly!

Small and lightweight voice recorder with 'internet connection'. Often use it out of the house for dictations that are processed in the office promptly after being sent by mail. Processing o.k. and light weight.

Recordings are clear , not to much background noise/wind etc but the functionality of this recorder is difficult time consuming and way over priced for the material used to make it. Bulky cheap plastic

I wish I could give a thorough review of this voice recorder, but unfortunately someone stole it from me before I could even play around with it. So it must be a good one! For the price I paid, it better have been a good one. Originally though I had bought it for my son and I to do some ghost hunting around our house, at his request. When I first removed it from it's packaging, I did notice how durable and heavy duty it seemed to be. But I was still extremely cautious when handling it. I was a bit overwhelmed at first with how many settings there were and decided I had better wait until I had more time to actually sit down and play around with it. and then the rest is history. It's gone and I just bought it less than a month ago, however from what I saw, it seemed like a good buy. :(

Purchased this for a paranormal investigation at Yorktown Memorial Hospital. Love the features, clarity, and battery life.

Pretty good piece of equipment. A bit expensive but performs well. You will have to read up on how to use the thing to make & save separate recordings or you will have one big run on.

i was needing something a little more professional. Its a good device, but when trying to record in distance, especially if its in my pocket and/or anything im wearing, there is too much "snow" white noise. Otherwise, the battery lasts for a very long time, it's easy to use too.

I have played with this recorder and it works. 8 haven't tried all of the features but I 5hink I like better than the higher priced one for the ease of use.

This is "top of the line" but it is more of a hand-held computer than just a recorder with a play back. I didn't want something this complicated and am planning on returning it in the next few days. I can't use it. And it came without an instruction manual.

The unit works great. the only thing it needed was a user manual online.
