    I’m having issues with the volume during play-back. It’s extremely low. The directions that came with the recorder doesn’t really mention any troubleshooting for this issue. I purchased this item along with the dictation software to be able to capture very important work meetings. I’m highly disappointed!!

    I purchased this for dictating meetings, however, it wasnt until I had already started using it, that i realized that it doubles as an add on microphone for professional cameras. There is a hotshoe adapter available for this recorder that allows for easy camera mounting.
