Great quality for the price, easy to use and store.

UGH -- this recorder is a definite NO for anyone .. From the USELESS User Instructions (yes, the small quick start is totally useless, doesn't even tell you how to turn it off and on, which is PATHETIC - you have to figure it out for yourself ) to the non-intuitive controls (and absolutely no way to easily say, make any adjustments at all to anything), it should never be purchased at all. It only records voice within a handful of feet of you -- and of that, it is totally unacceptable for anything else. I've gone through the menus themselves, changed every setting multiple times, and still nothing. It won't record any noises around you, is not good for field work, won't be able to work with my current SmartPhone (the APP is completely useless and relies instead on you actually using your phone as a Hot Spot to connect to it (Which is a waste -- I keep that OFF because I don't want anyone else hijacking my smartphone data at any time (period). (before anyone else asks -- I actually downloaded the files to my computer, turned up the volume on the computer all the way, and yes, the digital noise files are unable to be heard clearly (that's how bad this recorder is)). I will give this to someone who only uses a voice recorder to take their own notes on what is in their fridge/pantry - I've taught them the simplest way to record, told them to place it within a couple feet of their mouths, and to then press the record button to turn on/off recording, as well as the playback and how to get back to main menu (and turn it off and on). Even then, it is fiddly ...

Have not used it yet but I am sure it will be fine! I like the small size.

Serves the purpose-I had a little trouble in figuring out how to get it to operate-but that one is on me!

It is effective for my purposes My primary use is for school notes. I like the multi functions of the recorder.

I already have a digital recorder but it's a few years old. I bought this one and the features that come with this digital recorder are unbelievable! I highly recommend this to anyone that needs to document a conversation or just notes. They connect to your Wi-Fi and has so many options that it is unbelievable really truly unbelievable!

I do not like the fact that the recorder doesn't down load to my Mac. I despise windows products and am now forced to by one to accomplish what I want. Talked with Phillips about my issue and they didn't help solve it. Lousy customer service.

Long hrs, excellent catch at distance. Small easy to carry.

We've read all the instructions, most of the manual, and went to the website for answers, but we still cannot get the unit to record every time. Out of the 10 or so trial uses we have one that is saved and will play, and 4 that we had to delete. The others cannot be found. We plan to contact the manufacturer.
